Also, you can turn UAC to max and add HTTPS Everywhere for better protection.

Add EEK or NPE.

Replace Adbock with uBlock Origin.

@khalid nouri: Your config will temporally remain in Caution status, please consider the already mentioned suggestions:

1.- Specify Real-time malware protection, using Windows Defender or a different 3rd party product?

2.- Specify 3rd Party FireWall or using Windows FireWall?

3.- Also consider to add as on demand scanners:EmsiSoft Emergengy Kit, Norton Power Eraser.

4.- About Your browsers: add HTTPS Everywhere, replace Adbock with uBlock Origin.
