Been using this since Earth has suggested it and have to say I love it. Works very well. It's much better then the old fashion Snipping Tool and a image hosting site.

I have been using PicPick for awhile. It also will upload images to imageshack and imgur. The major difference is it is also a full image editor with a color picker to retouch, resize, rotate, flip, crop, etc. before you upload to hosting site that way your images always will be high quality.

That is really cool, but the color picker only allows you to pick colors within the image whereas the color picker on PicPick allows you to pick colors anywhere on you screen, any website, any program, etc. where you can match the color exactly. PicPick also allows you to edit your screen captures on the fly before you save them to your system or upload them.
