Briefly explain your current issue(s)
HDD still not working but now my CPU seems to be always running high when playing games and trying to record. Firefox seems to take up a lot of CPU as well.
Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful
Ran full AV scan. Tried overclocking both GPU and CPU.
My specs are:

CPU- Quad Core 3.8 GHz AMD processor (overclocked to 4.3GHz) (AM2+)
Graphics- ADM R7 200 series 4GB
HDD- 1TB internal + 1TB external

One of the games im trying to play has these requirements:

CPU: 2.4 GHz Dual Core
CPU Speed: Info
RAM: 4 GB
OS: Windows 7
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT or ATI Radeon HD 3850
Sound Card: Yes
Free Disk Space: 5 GB

I only get 15 FPS with all settings on low. Any ideas?

What do u mean by ur HDD still not working? Is ur HDD got booting problems? And wut games u play, high graphic/cpu demanding or less demanding? And how many tabs u open in firefox normally & how many addons/plugins u installed? What services/programs/program schedules runs in background? Maybe coz of some buggy software. Is your cpu usage is normal in idle or always high? if it always high then ur cpu is heating. Try thermal paste & clean cpu fan carefully. And don't overclock specially when ur cpu is heating. Revert it back.

And in wut games u get 15 & low fps? Also todays games are demanding & ur hardware configuration is outdated so why i think.
