Cool app but ti fails to autoimport Thunderbird's mail accounts so to check them for new mails automatically. Also it can be used only for gmail accounts not pop3/imap.

Is there an app that does what iam asking perhaps a thunderbird plugin?

RE: Mail Notifier

I think you're looking at the wrong program for your needs.

Edit: Split from
http://malwaretips.com/Thread-Desktop-mods-Mail-Notifier
This only is a Notifier for Google/Gmail accounts, not an email client.

RE: Mail Notifier

I know that its amail notifier ONLY.

What i need is also a mail notifier but that can autodetect and import thunderbird mail settings to check mutiple web based/pop3 incoming mails.

Is there any app that can do this?

Does your current Email client not notify you of new mail?

PS: I use only a web email, so my knowledge is limited.

Google will be your best friend to find an app for those needs.

As far as I am aware Thunderbird itself does notify you.

What exactly you need? a standalone notifier? a plugin?
