Loss of Context Menu after Removing Internet Security Pro

Removed Intenet Security Pro exactly following steps listed at
malwaretips.com/blogs/internet-security-pro-2013-virus

Successfully removed Internet Security Pro but upon reboot, unable to use any context menu ie no shortcuts, folders, copy, paste, etc. This occurs on Destop as well as in all drives. Upon right click the folder, file, or application opens only.
Additionally, placed the owner folder (Folder used as the User) on the Desktop. Do not know if this is a shortcut or the entire folder as there is no way the get to the property menu.
Suspect that registry key was deleted in the process of using RK Killer. Did not muck about in the registy as I am now seeking professional help to restore correctly the registry for context menu.

Did you try a System Restore on your computer?

Kuttus - Thank you for taking the time to respond to my request.

Have not attempted a system restore as yet since all other functions are available except a stable context menu. The context menu is ,however, briefly available within the first 2 1/2 minutes after reboot but then becomes unavailable after closing the menu following an initial attempt to enter either a desktop shortcut or folder. Uniquely, there is not a registery key for NoViewContextMenu (I only looked - did not remove or attempt to create) thus eliminating the issue to set either 0 = Disabled / 1 = Enabled for NoViewContextMenu within the registry.
All traces of the Internet Security Pro 2013 virus (Original cause of this thread) are gone after numerous reboots and scans by Ariva, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, stinger, and Microsoft MRT. Unless I am not comprehending the extent of the Internet Security Pro virus, the difficulty is one that can currently be worked around albeit not optimum by using pull down menu within explorer and foregoing desktop add-ons. Any recommendations or thoughts?

May I confirm that the ContextMenu is there when you start the computer and it go after some time? If that is the case is it happening when you are doing something special?


Press on Windows Key and R key Together on your keyboard. Now you will get a Run Window. Inside that one Type CMD and press on OK.
Now you will get a Black Command Window. Now copy the Bellow Code and Right Click on the Black Command Window and Paste it then hit on Enter.
