Lost internet connection after a scan of my system with Malwarebytes

After a scan of my system with Malwarebytes, I lost access to the internet. Tried to update drivers but it doens´t work. I connect with an Ethernet cable.
Somebody could help me with that ?

I need you to zip the LOGS folder and to upload that archive here:
