It is advised to take all reviews with a grain of salt. In extreme cases some reviews use dramatization for entertainment purposes.
The WSA is currently one antivirus that protects my Asus 1215N. Before it was Comodo Premium 6 which was excellent. ESET is not good, very heavy.

The CMDs and something else being listed as allowed is something that it is bound to happen to any solution to be honest. It bypassed the av.
