Malware on my pc..

So i keep getting these tmp and malware files.I scan everything with malwerbytes and avast and clean up most of the malware but it just keep coming back.I would appreciate any feedback ty.

Yes but malwarebytes isnt showing any malware now, perhaps i got rid of all of the malware with avast and malwarebytes.But the last 3 snacs say there is no malware.Can it be possible that some are still hidding somewhere in the files ?

Please re-run Farbar Recovery Scan Tool to give me a fresh look at your system.

• Right-click on
  
  icon and select
  
  Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
• Make sure that Addition.txt option is checked.
  
  
  
  
  
• Press Scan button and wait.
• The tool will produce two logfiles on your desktop: FRST.txt and Addition.txt.
