Malware Pop-Ups Can't Get Rid Of

I use a memory stick for my backup, so throughout the course of the day or week, I will have it in there every now and then. Sometime at the beginning of this ordeal, I ran a scan on it and detected several items and deleted them. I wonder if stuff keeps jumping off of the memory stick onto my hard drive.</p><p></p><p>I ran the ESET cleaner and here is what it found.
