Malware won't let me download anything

It happened a few weeks ago, I tried using my antivirus, but to no avail.
I downloaded malwarebytes and successfully got rid of the malware(or so i thought) then jt came back and made it impossible to redownload malwarebytes or any other program.
Any help? Im on an ASUS Tablet
