New Update Malwarebytes adds "Advanced script and fileless malware protection features"

Got an update today and saw some new protection features of Malwarebytes now adding script protection and advanced fileless attack protection features i think it's time to give Malwarebytes another test!

Thanks @nickstar1 for the tip. I got it today too, after MBAM updated. The info hover button says it "improves detection and protection from fileless threats". One more good tool in the arsenal here. Looking forward to a test from @Shadowra.

That is true...... however during his test they did not have "script protection and advanced fileless attack protection" it came out the day after the test. Malwarebytes will have to be re-tested in a few weeks or months to see how the new protection feature will fair.

I dott think it’s anything… the full entry goes like this:
“In Protection settings, you can now enable or disable Advanced script and file-less protection (AMSI).”

From my understanding, this is just to turn off AMSI in MB. MB uses AMSI together with the anti-exploit module for script protection…
