Just now I try to install this new version on my computer.
But MBAE says that it is incompatible with EMET and recommends me to uninstall EMET first.

@jamescv7 , there would be no such combo "MBAE + EMET" in the future.

Installed MBAE 1.08 (trial) yesterday and running fine along with KTS2016MR0c + KeyScrambler Personal until now...

They overlap and this combo is not necessary and, above all, it would not guarantee greater safety.

Well of course practically and performance issue to avoid any colliding components so its just a good move.

MBAE as 3rd party contains more exploit techniques to be expand within control from many upcoming release.

Hopefully in the next update Malwarebytes will have more support for other 3rd party browsers and applications like Fiddler and Vivaldi
