If you have not followed a guide for CIS configuration, then I strongly suggest Chiron's guide which is linked in quite a few posts in this subsection.

Any reason for Emsisoft Mamutu?

You could add Sandboxie or Bufferzone Pro as a Virtualization program.

Any reason why you bought Comodo vs. the free?
I have ran mamutu and zemana with cis and I never heard a peep from mamutu so imo you could get rid of that, great config otherwise
