McAfee has been the laughing stock of the antivirus market for several years, but ever since INTEL bought the rights of McAfee from Avast, it has been getting better. It is still the middle of the pack and it is not that much better than Windows Defender, but McAfee with Intel's large supply of workers should hopefully approve this product year after year.

McAfee still has nothing to prevent ransomware though, If they ever put something in their product to protect against that i would be shell shocked.
