Microsoft digital image pro

My mom uses Microsoft digital image pro 7 and for some odd reason every time to open it requires admin access. Is there anyway to stop this ?

I have her setup as a limited user on Windows 10 to help protect her from malware and viruses. Don't worry she has other programs too like malwarebytes pro and a virus scanner.

1. .. if you have only tried running the program with elevated privileges then you may need to reinstall the application. Please make a note to install the application in "compatibility mode" and "Run as administrator" during install.
2. Microsoft has discontinued the Digital Image line.
   Windows Photo Gallery has some editing features but nothing remotely
   close to Digital Image.
   There are some reports that Digital Image will run on Windows 8...if
   you have a copy...it may be worth a try. And you may need to run it
   in Compatibility Mode:

You could also simply try to add your mom with admin permission for the specific software.
