There are excellent software out there those are great support in protecting system from malicious threats... software like Rollback, Shadow Defender, Sandboxie, etc...

Why doesn't Microsoft make their System Restore work like Rollback?
If inbuilt System Restore works like Rollback... wouldn't that be great?

An inbuilt software like Shadow Defender, Sandboxed Browser, etc... why Microsoft doesn't inbuilt these type software into the Operating System?

Could be because they are worried about antitrust cases like they had in EU with Windows Media player and Internet Explorer among other things

An Operating System is an environment for Productivity, Entertainment and Sharing, whilst remaining stable and secure.

Windows does provide Recovery options, since Windows 8 they have Refresh and Reset for the OS. File History for Data files and System Image for OS Snapshots. And System File Checker for damaged or modified system files.

System Restore still works, but it cannot guarantee 100% recovery in some cases.

those features you mentioned are not oriented to common users (who already have troubles to use the basic components of Windows) , they could be used in the entreprise version, but it has already hyper-V virtual machine , that is sufficient to itself.

anyway nice try ;)
