Microsoft doesn't normally release changelogs, but I extracted this from the MS.Connect (MSE Pre-Release Forum).

Announcement: MSE RTM Update tomorrow (9/25)

We have RTM'd the 4.1 version of our release, and will be distributing it world wide tomorrow. The final version number will be 4.1.522.0. Thanks for everyones feedback and participation during this release cycle!

If you wish to continue participation in the Beta all you need to do is....nothing. Keep your software installed, and there will likely be a beta before the end of this year. I can't promise you a more specific timeline than that at this point.

There were very few changes between the last update and this one. The most notable one is that we had to temporarily disable One-Click WDO for this release due to a regression that we couldn't easily address. That feature will return in the future.
