Malwarebytes serves better as an ondemand scanner in my opinion, but if you have windows defender running in realtime than I guess it's OK

Please fill all threads fields, what is your SmartScreen (OS File Reputation) status?

Then add in addition to MBAM, ZAM Free, and why not extensions? I suggest you HTTPS Everywhere, Disconnect.

I suggest you to install a good backup solution, such as Macrium Reflect Free or AOMEI Backupper.

Add SandBoxie Free and use it while browsing to have more protection.

Please edit your config to include your Smartscreen status.Windows built in security requires UAC,Smartscreen,Defender & Windows Firewall to maximize it's protection.
Do you have MBAM Premium or free? If it is the free version please edit your config to include that as an on demand scanner.
Consider Zemana Antimalware Free as an additional on demand scanner.
I would consider buying Zemana Antimalware Premium and adding that to your real time protection along with Windows security.
Consider adding CCleaner.
Consider some type of system back up solution.
