MS-DOS 6.22 crash during Malware testing

I just install MS-DOS 6.22 into Oracle VM Virutal box lately.When I run a malware during the test and it suddenly crash with an error message.

I really hope someone can help me with this problem :)

Here is the info about the MS-DOS 6.22 I install in the Oracle VM Virtualbox
Base Memory(RAM): 256MB
Video Memory: 6MB
MS-DOS Version: 6.22

Do you have the latest version of VirtualBox?

Maybe the problem is that you haven't enabled the virtualization on your host system.

Try to:

  • Enter to your BIOS
  • Enable "Virtualization"
  • Save and restart your PC
  • Try to start your virtual machine
