Troubleshoot MSI A6200 won't boot up, shows black screen

Briefly explain your current issue(s)
He restarts the laptop but it keeps shows the black screen, nothing more. And the laptop can't boot up now
Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful
Unplug any accessories. Unplug the power adaptor. remove the battery. Press and hold the power button down for 30 seconds.
That's all of the imformation I can give. I really appreciate any help you can provide.
P.S : That laptop belongs to my friend

Have you tried to connect an external monitor via HDMI or WGA to see if it is a problem of the graphics section.
But laptop works ? (Hdd led, fan etc)

If you connect the monitor, it should be automatically recognized

Black screen is usually happen through monitor or its in related hardware which nearly dead.

Therefore the thread is closed.
