MSIL detected as virus in TDSSkiller

So, I got booted up my PC, I left it alone for a hour to go play on the Nintendo Switch and I come back to TDSSkiller open saying that MSIL is unsigned and is suspicious, Im confused and I have no idea what its doing but I wanna find out whats going on
