I wonder how MSN site manages to show ads with Adblock Plus (or Opera's adblocker) with acceptable ads disabled. With the exact same lists (EasyList, EasyPrivacy, NoCoin), uBlock Origin or Adguard block the ads with no problem.
When cookies are disabled, the ads are blocked properly by ADBP. When cookies are enabled, the ads show up after clicking on an article - the page refreshes and shows ads.
Is this a new technique? What's causing ADBP to fail?

Can you confirm that you have cleared all caches and cookies prior to do the test?
And this occurred in all browser that you tested?
All caches and cookies were cleared prior to the test.
It seems to happen only on Chromium based browsers (tested Chrome, Opera), the ADBP Edge version seems to work properly.
