your realtime protection is more than sufficiënt no needing of adding more realtime protection , that will only slow you down. remove spyhuter : its rogueware!!

replace spyhunter with malwarebytes antimalware , hitman pro , herdprotect choose one or more of these three , and you cant go wrong

Thank you for sharing your configuration which appears to be a nice one! (Have you removed Spyhunter yet?) *you'd done this before I posted this. Our knowledgeably helpful members have convinced me likewise, and I don't even have it installed!
A free anti-malware program you can try is called Malwarebytes Anti-malware https://www.malwarebytes.org/
