You should use CIS full, using just the antivirus also install the HIPS; and using Online Armor without the HIPS is useless; it is not because you "disabled" the HIPS that the drivers "disappears" , they are still there and keep conflicting with those of CIS' HIPS; maybe the reason why your browser doesn't work.

So you should use CIS fully and remove Online Armor.

i see you have Sandboxie installed , useless if you use CIS v6 , it has full virtualization too; so remove Sandboxie too.

Not sure what Bitdefender TrafficLight is capable of but, I would recommend adding Ghostery, Adblock Plus and some sort of password manager, maybe Lastpass.

Also out of curiosity, how heavy is Tuneup Utilities? As when I tried it last it was quite heavy on the system.

Web Filter similar as Panda URL Filter with web rep (a la WOT) and trackers' detection; also Facebook protection (more like a link checker)

Bitdefender Traffic light is undoubtedly best and has great times in blocking new emerging malicious sites.
Raxa I will again recommend go for the full CIS suite. Umbra uses Emisisoft Antimalware+OA.
Its not recommended to cross these products. OA has the same problem with Vipre AV where you need to manually disable Vipre AV HIPS drivers.
It may be the same issue on your pc.
And ask me, with Emsi AV OA does not have a cloud and in for that matter CFW+ Defense+ works well,

is it possible to install a second antivirus for more protection like avast or avira on my config

no , if you use CIS, you can add only Emsisoft AM, Kingoft AV or Webroot SA; all of them are companion AV

With EAM you will have a longer boot-time and depend your cpu/ram , you may have some slowdown during scans and updates only.

i installed webroot as my companion av and it works really well... fast

This is a nice and simple config, the only thing i would suggest, is that sandboxie would no longer be needed, as CIS 6 has its own virtualization of the browsers as well as the desktop virtualization "Kiosk".
