My Safari Browser got Hijacked! Please help!

Dear great and very capable malware geniuses! My Safari browser got hijacked when I opened up an email from a friend (supposedly).

Then I got an error message. But I know not to click on anything with that. But I tried the following and I couldn't do any of it because the menu in Safari doesn't work. Everything is grey.

Can you please help?
