Fine configuration.

Be aware on using ASC (Advanced System Care), better to remove to avoid possible issues when use other certain components like registry cleaners.

You may use CCleaner with CCEnhancer.

Most important suggestion would be to implemet some type of system backup solution.
On demand scanners should not include your real time protection.
Consider adding an additional on demand scanner(s).
By Emsisoft under on demand do you mean Emsisoft Emergency Kit?

I would like to suggest a backup solution for you such as Macrium Reflect or Aomei Backupper, both have a good free and reliable solution for you.

yes i use emsisoft Emergency Kit and some times zemana antimalware scanner and etc .
