Kinda weird not seeing any actual antivirus running in real-time on your machine... Anyway, I would personally add these to increase your level of security.

  • Real-time protection
  1. Avast Free antivirus https://www.avast.com/en-ca/index
  2. Avira Free Antivirus http://free.avg.com/ca-en/homepage
  3. AVG Free Antivirus http://www.avira.com/en/avira-free-antivirus
  4. 360 Total Security http://www.360totalsecurity.com/
  • Free Second-opinion Scanners (On-demand Only)
  1. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware https://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/
  2. HitmanPro http://www.surfright.nl/en/hitmanpro/
  3. herdProtect http://www.herdprotect.com/downloads.aspx
  4. Emsisoft Emergency Kit http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/eek/
  • Web Browsers
  1. Firefox https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
  2. Google Chrome http://www.google.com/chrome/
  • Privacy Software
  1. Cleaner https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download

It would be nice to give us a bit more detailed information regarding your config.Seems thrown together with no real conformity to the Security configuration outline.Although @Paul Lee seems to have provided it with his suggestions.
I would follow those for your config

It seems even considered of being Advanced as your compiter knowledge there's another contrary from last infection date and those tools are quite many loophole due to not using real time AV.

Backup and Recovery is a must for any changes so highly suggest to have a backup using built in Windows or third party program.

Thank you for the warning
I've tried almost all the antvivirus ,but slow down just a very job, and you modified viruses as well usually doesn't catch even the best.

According to me ,
it is far more important to a proper firewall than an antivirus.

@selanne : Well they are both important as a component from protection, and having relying only for firewall will not help to stop any viruses/malware for execution same goes vice versa for AV in terms of network attacks.

Its matter of user configuration and maintainance for achieving result.
