The National Security Agency has refused to release details of a secret presidential directive which experts believe could allow the military and intelligence agencies to operate on the networks of private companies, such as Google and Facebook.

For some types of operations, I think that US President, Mr Obama it's just a name. They really don't need his authorization for operations that he doesn't know about:))

If it's about National Security, well any other argument it's invalid. Anywhere in the world, no matter how much the words free and democracy are being used, National Security matter baby:)), yeah!

"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants; it is it's natural menure"

Thomas Jefferson

When people are too mentally weak to fight for freedom, they become dependent robots in a socialist system. Air conditioning, sporting events, TV, cable news, and Nintendo help keep most of us dumbed down and passive.

"When political leaders do not demonstrate honesty, when people lie constantly in the media - everybody gets used to 'The Big Lie' as a way of life. At that point, honesty becomes a quaintly outmoded concept -- nobody wants to be honest anymore, because if they are, they might finish last.

I would say that today, dishonesty is the rule, and honesty the exception. It could be, statistically, that more people are honest than dishonest, but the few that really control things are not honest, and that tips the balance.

I don't think we have an honest president. I don't think that he is surrounded by honest people. I don't believe that most of the people in Congress or in the Senate are honest. I don't think that most people who head up businesses are honest.
We have let them get away with it because we're not honest enough to face up to the fact that we are 'owned and operated' by a bunch of really bad people."

~ The Real Frank Zappa Book, pg. 207-08, 1989.

Isn't that the truth. It is part of the sissification movement.

People nowadays are more consumed by black Friday sales, stupid tv shows and those "real political debates", and those who see reality are more like outcasts. But yet again, if you lie enough for others to believe you might get in the front seats, it matters how good, because you might get to believe your own lies.
Spying on our searches? our e-mails? ...meh if we don't "know" that then it's ok, but if we do and start ask questions about it, it matters not the country but this term...National Security and there must be a law, government decision, order to allow them to do just that. The Constitutions are just for fun, they don't mean what they are supposed to mean.

It is easy to lie to a nation of ignorant people that think that reality shows, commercials, cable news, mulatto Presidents and newspapers contain wisdom and valuable knowledge. There is no hope for that kind of mentality.

Thomas Jefferson said that "information is the currency of democracy". If that is the case, America is a bunch of dirt poor crackers, and I am not talking about the big time livestock owners that crack the whip.

"Stupid people are ruining America"
Herman Cain

I could not have said it better. I had hopes for him to become President. Stupid people ruined that too.

The people have spoken, and their voice embraces not national security, borders, culture and language, but only a mulatto man, named Barry, that is as incompetent and inept as they come.

We have chosen our Nicholas II, so we have to deal with it now. That is all we can do along with watching reality shows and going shopping.

Stupid people are ruining the world, not just the US. Let's not think like that about your Barry:) ( cause here we have our own Barry), if you resemble with czar Nicholas II, he did not had a peaceful death.:)
