Solved NEED HELP WITH "ntuserlitelist" VIRUS FOLDER

I attached these logs as you wish. I really need help this virus slowing my pc a ton.

UPDATE: I ran a Zemana Anti Malware and after reboot my PC, the viruses are gone, the Svcvmx Client no longer running in the background but this doesn't mean that it's gone. I check the folder and i can still see "ntuserlitelist" folder there but there is notthing inside. I have a feeling that the virus will reinstall itself. HOW CAN I DETELE THE FOLDER AND EVERY OTHER VIRUSES ?

Oh and also i should say that in the task manager startup i can still see svcvmx so it means that the virus will come back.
