Retailer Neiman Marcus has confirmed that hackers may have stolen customer information after breaking into their computer system.

Fox News’ Dominic Di-Natale reported that the number of customers affected has not been disclosed to the public. The company is labeling it as a criminal cyber security intrusion.

The news comes after Target admitted that the security breach at their stores is worse than originally thought. As many as 70 million more customers had their names, mailing addresses, phone numbers and emails stolen. They uncovered this second breach during an investigation into the 40 million customers who had their pin numbers stolen over the holiday season.

A public relations spokeswoman for Target, Molly Snyder, said in a statement to Fox News: “These are two distinct groups. While there may be some overlap between the two groups, we don’t know to what extent at this time.”
