People can always be scammed. its inevitable.

These people talk similar to customer care folks.

I hear ya but unfortunately there are people in this world who don't care about anyone but themselves.It's sad especially for those who fall prey to these.

Indeed it is sad but at least we have some good people trying to make things safer and address those type of issues.

I guess Google supports scammers (which we all know they do)... Anyone know what part of youtube TOS does this video violate?
