Yes, it seems this version has a lot more protection/configuration ability. I don't know if it's on par with HitmanPro.Alert, my concern with HitmanPro.Alert is the time taken to develop the product, three years and loads of release candidates and still a lot of problems. Malwarebytes always seems to be a good product and well tested.
