Do you have the SP1 installed on Windows 7 ?
Your Antivirus is really really bad, I suggest you to change it right away.
Do you have any On-Demand Scanners ? If not, adding Malwarebytes (free) would be a good start.
What was your last known malware infection ?
Don't you have any extensions for your browsers ?

Some backup solution.Privacy software such as CCleanear or Privazer if not already installed.Definitely an on demand scanner(s) such as MBAM,HMP or EEK.Some useful browser extensions such as HTTPS Everywhere,WOT,Ghostery, ABD + or uBlock in Chrome.Update to SP1 if you have not already. Thanks for sharing your config :)
