I can't tell which is better but I can tell you can use both

I can't say for sure. I just know that according to Malwarebytes, the mobile app can run with other mobile AV's. I do use them both on my phone and I don't feel any slowdown or battery problems. But after all, I think it's user decision. I suggest to test the both, to see if you feel performance or battery problem and then to decide which one do you want or if you want to use them both.
