Works now, found out that Trend was blocking it as "Prevent Unauthorized Changes". Submitted to them to let them know.

Don't know about any Promos but Prevent Unauthorized Changes is a great thing that Trend has put in.

Avast for some reason asked for sandbox. That aside works fine but not a tool I would use. Still the traditional user who prefers to download manually from official sites etc
