@Nightwalker good config, but why not replace Malwarebytes with ZAM Free?

Until recently ZAM was in a state similar to an abandonware solution and there was the problem with drivers staying in place after a uninstallation (even with the portable version), so I thought Malwarebytes was a better alternative.

I may consider the portable version in the future ...

My ESET subscription is running out, so I changed to Kaspersky Internet Security (free to me), in addition I replaced Nano Adblocker (uBlock Origin) for AdGuard and added Brave Browser.

KIS is / should be great.
Why the change from Nano to AdGuard?

AdGuard is better against ads redirections (without ESET web filter it was a problem for me) and it has the Stealth Module.

AdGuard Browser Extension v3.0

Nano (uBlock Origin) advanced mode can deal with those things, but nowadays I want a more worry free solution and AdGuard extension has done the job for me.

Thanks (y) Totally forgot about stealth mode... Now running it with stealth mode and use optimized filters enabled.
