personally i prefer just NIS, 360 is just NIS with bloated things, the tuneup features are surely remnants of Norton utilities (that was useless) and the backup features is nothing extraordinary.

well i'm just looking at the mem usage and it seems thats its even lighter wich is good! also the option for smart denfinitions seems to have disappeared

Below is a list of known issues with Norton 360v6 Public Beta build 54. We're already aware of these issues and will have them resolved prior to final release:

Main UI - After subscription renewal, Main UI shows a red alert that backup needs to be run, but it should display that the Online Backup account needs to be re-enabled

Idle Scan - "Action Required" screen does not appear if threats are detected during Idle Scanning

Scan - System Volume Information folder is being scanned, even though it should be excluded by default

Backup - Gear driver installation is not opening when first attempting a CD backup

Backup - Locked files do not get backed up on 2nd backup

Backup - backup sets are deleted, even though the backup location is unreachable

Backup - Animation for File Transfer does not begin when running backup

Backup - "Activate Secure Online Backup" must be attempted twice to successfully enable Online Backup

PC Tuneup - Win7 only: Internet Explorer history is not cleared when running PC Tuneup
