About the first thing that HitmanPro detected you should change action from repair to ignore because if you leave as it is you will have problem with your pc.This was explained by another reviewer (i don't remember who he was) that when left this setting to repair it messed up his system so next time he saw that detection from HitmanPro he changed it to ignore and said all was good.

If there is malicious code in these processes we should not push it off as a false positive. I would run a cleaner that is designed to remove patching malware (such as Dr. Web Cure it!, Kaspersky Boot CD, among others). Ignoring the file in Hitman Pro is basically trying to say there are no infections (that I might add were not present in an earlier scan) is a risky move that I would not advise.

Well in a process of review assume that all samples are verified malicious therefore a very low chance to gather FP rate from leftovers if its totally infected and experience slowdowns.
