I've read alot of articles that have been about India and their Cyber warfare. As long as you have all your software on your computer is up to date, you should minimise that risk.

The trouble is the cyber warfare would most likely be waged against other governments which seem to have no sense of what security actually means. They won't physically let you in the door but they will let you in with unpatched equipment and default passwords.
