Serious great work from O&Os developers. Confirmed working, especially on deactivate Edge background loading.

Can't speak for the latest Edge Chromium version, but that Edge don't behave like other browsers and actually close down 100% just because the excuse is faster start, was IMO about time someone created an easy fix for.
