Sorry, but I still didn't understand those steps above

I think basically you buy from Frys, enter the code 7209647 to receive $10 off of the initial $70 price then you will receive an email with possibly another code that you submit to Kaspsersky to get your $60 back that you paid in the first place thus it would cost you nothing really but you still initially have to pay $60 and normally with these type of rebate schemes, you have to wait a month or 2 to get your rebate. The copy and paste below probably explains it better but you have to submit it by tomorrow and i am not sure if you can email the details or if it's by regular post. If it works then it's a good deal i would say ........ because it's working out as free ;)

Thanks Weebarra.

then you will receive an email with possibly another code that you submit to Kaspsersky

Yes. However I didn't get the code in an email like I was supposed to. I only got it on a webpage. So be sure not to click out that webpage till you have taken secure possession of that code, such as I do securely with my clipboard manager Clipboard History.

This is really a great deal, but let's explain something. How can Kaspersky afford to give away so many free full-privileged copies of their premier product? (Note, this is not like a Giveaway of the Day offer with no free updates and no free support.) Kaspersky can afford this because a lot of people will get busy with other things and forget to mail in their materials on time to get the $60 rebate. That's what happened to me the first time I did a Frys rebate deal. So either you're going to be a sucker and get your program at a mediocre price or you take care to do things on time, and you get a fabulous deal. It's up to you.

i am not sure if you can email the details or if it's by regular post.

It's by regular post. Many times before you send off for your rebate you have to wait to receive a box which may contain a disc or may contain just a code. In this case however, there is no box to wait for. You will be able to send off for your rebate right away, and it is advisable to do that so you won't forget.

Thanks for clarifying the postage method @conceptualclarity and of course the advise of not leaving the website until you have the code, obviously it would be no good to me with being across the pond but it's an amazing deal for people who could have taken it up. Kaspersky are not known for giving much away for free so it has surprised me but like you say, they do the rebate deal in the hope that people will forget. I once had something similar with Samsung with a printer and a cash back deal but you had to wait at least 30 days before you could apply for the rebate and had to complete it within 60 to qualify which is a ploy by them too in the hope that people will forget but not me, i marked it on my calendar to make sure i got it so you have to be diligent with certain "rebate" schemes i guess. None the less, it's a great deal.

I can't get this for free because I don't have enough money to pay the $60. Anyway, thanks for sharing :)

I hope you have entered the MalwareTips giveaway then @Syfaq, you might be lucky if Mr Random.org likes you on that particular day :D
