Outlook for android offline calendar ?

Hello,
i use Outlook app for android offline ( i don't always have internet) and the calendar app can't make a new event without internet. That's a problem for me.
Do you know how to do it offline or how to synchronise my outlook calendar with built-in android calendar app ?
