I dont know if this is the right forum because i dont know what is the problem.
Im having a problem with 1 outlook/hotmail account that auto refresh every 1 second, so i cant do anything inside that account. But i tried another outlook account and no problem. I try other browser, even other pc, but the problem still there in that account, not in others.

Start by checking Settings like @CyberTech mentioned above.

If this doesn't lead you anywhere, remove the account from Outlook and then add the account again.

If this doesn't solve the issue, then try re-installing Microsoft Outlook and try again.

Worst case scenario: use the online version temporarily while you contact Microsoft for a bug report and get assistance.

Its a hotmail account, i access by browser (Outlook.com - Microsoft free personal email) not the Microsoft program if its that what you mean (i have a microsoft office professional plus 2010 in my pc but never used it) . So when i enter i cant do anything, cause when i try to click something it redirect to the inbox every second.

Ah okay, sorry for misunderstanding.

Does this behaviour happen across different browsers different to the one you use? For example, Google Chrome and Opera are both based on the Chromium engine, so if you're using either of them, then test it with Internet Explorer, or Microsoft Edge instead.

You can try cleaning your browser data, these options are usually available at the History logs area. This could change the behaviour.

If none of this is helpful in solving the issue then your best bet is to speak to Microsoft, they'll know best.

No, but the error stop after changing to the beta... i stop de refresh 5 times (the autorefresh was so fast that even some options didnt have the time to load), the beta bar appear and i could click it before the refresh and now its solved (at least for now)
I'm glad everything's okay now (y)
