Advice Request Panda Dome Advanced v18.07.04 - Problem with Notifications?

Running this version of PDA on Windows 10 v1903. Tried testing it with EICAR test virus but did not see any notification pop-up. When I enabled Windows 10 notifications, I tested with EICAR again, and received a Windows 10 popup that stated that WD found threats even though I have WD off completely via gpedit.msc.

So is this normal for it to use, and display only Windows 10 notifications or is PDA supposed to display its own unique notifications when a threat is detected?

When I download the Eicar test file, I get detection notifications from panda

Make sure notifications are enabled in panda dome: settings > antivirus > "Show warning upon detection"

@SearchLight Try to uninstall Panda.Then use the uninstaller tool : How to uninstall Panda from the computer - Technical Support - Panda Security

And then install your product again.Hope this helps.
