using this for long time, not much problem yet.....
bitdefender also has this type of software named USB immunizer

and most of them are useless in Win7/Win8 since autorun are disabled by default :D

Yes Microsoft disabled USB autoruns by default on all OS after XP.
Unless the user does a lot of manual tweaking to enable autoruns on USB, autorun malware will not function.

Autoruns on Windows XP can be manually disabled so these kind of problems are even useless on Windows XP.
