PC stuck and cannot exit Safe Mode in Windows 10/8/7

Type <em>msconfig</em> and hit Enter to open the System Configuration Utility.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px"></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px">Under the General tab, ensure that <strong>Normal startup</strong> is selected.
