hello Petros! please turn on UAC to max ( always ask ) furthermore , ditch adblock and replace it with either ublock or adguard. for the rest you can install priavzer for more privacy. the rest looks fine to me

If you download malware you should install a virtual environment such as Virtualbox or Vmware player to create an isolated Guest system from the Host.
Enable UAC is very important: it manages individual user permissions on the computer to prevent unauthorized execution of malicious software or data corruption or system components.
It also needed a backup plan to secure the OS and create a image to be restored as needed.Aomei onekey is useful purpose.

For Opera and Google Chrome: An alternative extension for Adblock Plus will be Adguard Extension and add HTTPS Everywhere for encryption website.

No harm to add on demand scanners, you may store on USB and use in case of emergency happen.
