I just had a phishing attempt from wj32.org blocked by Bitdefender as soon as i installed third party Process Hacker. What is that? Is it genuine?

It looks like wj32 is one of maintainers of the project, but should always download from the official website or trusted mirrors.

Are you using the paid version of Bitdefender? Then report this to them via support, explain everything properly, give them the source from where you downloaded process hacker, etc. You should get a response and they'll get it fixed hopefully.
