hello Pix welcome to MT! do you have uac enabled? for firefox get the following extensions : https everywhere , adblock or ublock , lastpass. I see you are using a lenovo computer? how long do you have this? the reason I ask this becuase older models came with superfish preinstalled , adware wich can bring your privacy in danger , read more here : https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/product_security/superfish_uninstall

for further privacy you can add ccleaner and privazer , the rest looks good

I have used CCleaner before. I have AdwCleaner.
