Fantastic use of Malwarebytes WFC, love this addition. Maybe VDSP could be a bit overkill, but that's down to you. Apart from the suggested, fantastic setup my friend.

Maybe you could add Scriptsafe, this is optional though.

Updated: Turned on smartscreen. I guess it's my weak spot?
Also, regarding UAC turned off, i saw a video from cruelsister where she shows it's not effective and some malware can actually bypass it.
So, what you guys think?

Use UAC please. Yes, VS may be OK if you have Eset default settings or it may still be overkill - I've never used Eset. Don't sweat it though, you've got a pretty good setup.
